I am Dawn Campagnola, Founder and Owner of The Brave Heart Center in Red Bank, NJ. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (NJ# 37F100186300 & CA #80099), & Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) as well as a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator.  I specialize in working with people who are interested in a holistic approach to personal growth, healing and empowerment.  I have been formally trained as a family systems therapist, and I offer an eclectic approach to my clients by using a foundation of client centered theory with somatic, humanistic and existential questioning, and CBT techniques as needed. I consider myself a transpersonal, feminist and psychodynamic therapist. This approach is blended with a specialization in creative expression and extensive yoga, meditation and mindfulness-based trainings.  When working with my clients, I offer compassionate care in a non-judgmental environment. I consider myself open minded and informed. It is important to me that I offer clients a sacred space to share, authentic connection, and honest & direct communication.   

Additionally as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), I bring a rich understanding of the body-mind connection as well as life experience and personal understanding to my work with individuals, couples, and families. I am here to support you in living your most authentic life with a brave heart.   I am committed to providing a safe and hope-filled space for my clients to explore their experiences and move toward healing and transformation.
