Sliding Scale Fee/Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, financial statements may be requested.
Payments accepted: Check, IvyPay, Venmo Business and credit card are accepted for payment.
In the event of a cancellation in less than 24 hours or no show to the scheduled appointment, it will be the obligation of the client to pay for the session in full.
***Please note that if you are running late to our session, please call to advise me of your timing. I will wait 15 minutes after the start of our appointment before I bill for a no show session and may not be available, if you do not advise me of your tardiness.

Q. What can I expect?
A. Sessions are normally 45-50 minutes but can run up to 60 minutes in length. If indicated, couples or family sessions may require a longer session and will have an increased fee, dependent upon their duration. Weekly sessions are the standard recommended frequency.
Q. How can I blend the process of yoga with therapy?
A. It is a personal process and one that needs honest and clear direction to allow for a safe exploration of what feelings come up through the body during yoga and/or therapy. We must be mindful by slowing down enough to create space for the feelings to emerge. The body holds so much information and can assist us in the journey of healing.
Q. How often should I attend therapy?
A. In the beginning, weekly sessions are recommended in order to build rapport and develop your goals for treatment. As time goes on and symptoms that brought you into therapy are reduced, we may decide to move sessions to biweekly or another frequency that is relevant to what's going on in your life at that time.
Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. No. Currently I do not accept any insurance nor am I on any insurance providers lists. I do, however, provide super bills monthly (on request) in order for my clients to receive reimbursements from their insurance carriers at out of network provider rates.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, depending on your out of network provider plan. I recommend calling and inquiring directly about your coverage for out of network provider coverage. Upon request, I offer a monthly bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
